Originally founded in the United States in 2022 with a focus on affordable residential rental housing, the company has since evolved into a specialised construction support provider. In 2026, Jackson-Slaughter Properties Ltd expanded into the Ghanaian market through a strategic merger with Optimum Choice, strengthening its capacity to serve the growing demand for reliable construction equipment in West Africa.
Today, we focus on providing professional-grade construction equipment on flexible leasing terms, helping clients reduce upfront capital costs while improving productivity on-site.
What We Do
We supply and lease essential construction support equipment to contractors, builders, and real estate developers across Ghana. Our solutions are designed to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and support faster project delivery.
Our equipment range includes:
- Square plastic concrete moulds (6 to 24 inches)
- Round plastic concrete moulds (12, 14, 16, and 18 inches)
- 6-foot Italian-use scaffolding systems
- Telescoping steel props (3m and 4.5m)
